I understand Staticfy focuses on cleaner, more maintainable website structures rather than patch-based quick fixes. I understand that websites originally built on platforms such as WordPress, Wix, Shopify, Squarespace, or similar systems may contain accumulated structural complexity, duplicated styling, scripts, or builder-generated architecture over time. I understand that Staticfy’s workflow focuses on recreating, reorganizing, and refining website structures whenever possible rather than simply relying on automated extraction or direct platform exports. I understand no website is guaranteed to never break, but cleaner organization can make future edits, troubleshooting, and handoffs easier.

Maintainability, AI & Future Flexibility

I understand Staticfy does not aim to lock me into long-term dependency. Future updates may be handled by Staticfy, myself, another freelancer, developer, or AI-assisted tools when appropriate. I understand AI-assisted tools can help with future updates, blogging, and maintenance, but AI can make mistakes and human review may still be needed. I understand that cleaner organization may make future AI-assisted edits, blogging, and developer handoffs easier, but it does not eliminate the need for careful review.

Client Materials & Photos

I understand some projects may only need my existing website URL, while other projects may require organized content, images, or business information after payment. I understand that organizing materials by section, such as Home, About, Services, Gallery, FAQ, and Contact, can help reduce confusion and revision delays. I understand real business photos are strongly recommended when possible, but professional photography is not required. Smartphone photos in landscape mode with good lighting are acceptable. I understand I do not need a large number of images. A small collection of clear, useful photos may be enough for many small business websites. I understand optional stock image sourcing assistance is separate and may be charged at $10 per image if needed.

Project Communication & Timeline

I understand that project timelines may depend on timely communication, requested materials, and client feedback. I agree that Staticfy.io may contact me by email or text message regarding project-related communication, revisions, onboarding, requested files, scheduling, or workflow coordination. I understand this communication is related to my website project and is not permission for unrelated promotional text messaging.

Website Review, Deployment & Account Access

During development, Staticfy may temporarily publish the website using a preview or development URL so you can review it online.

I understand Staticfy.io may use a temporary preview URL during development so I can review the website online before final launch. I understand final delivery and launch may require account setup or access such as domain registrar access, DNS management, Cloudflare setup, hosting access, email permissions, or related platform permissions. I understand Staticfy will guide me whenever possible, and I may need to provide temporary access, collaborator access, or login credentials when required for deployment assistance. I understand project work begins after payment is completed and Staticfy reviews the submitted project details.
