Why this workflow exists
Many of the questions in this onboarding process are similar to the discussions that are traditionally handled through phone calls, consultations, emails, or repeated back-and-forth messages during website projects.
Staticfy organizes much of that discovery process into a structured workflow so you can review the information at your own pace, think carefully about your project direction, and prepare your ideas before committing to the next step.
The goal is not to overwhelm you with unnecessary forms. The goal is to reduce confusion, limit repetitive communication, and create a smoother website development process from the beginning.

Staticfy’s goal is to deliver a cleaner, more maintainable website structure instead of a heavily patched website that becomes difficult to edit later.
You are not locked in
Staticfy appreciates future work, but the goal is not to trap you. Your website should remain understandable enough for you, Staticfy, another freelancer, or modern AI-assisted tools to help maintain it later.
Coming from WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or Shopify?
Platform websites may contain accumulated structure, scripts, builder layers, duplicated styles, plugin remnants, or old patches. Staticfy’s goal is to recreate, organize, and refine whenever possible instead of simply relying on direct extraction.
AI-assisted, human-reviewed
AI tools can help with future content and edits, but AI systems can make mistakes. Clear structure and human review help reduce risk and confusion.
